BUSINESS FUNDAS'

 

‘Business Fundas' a two-day Commerce Festival which emphasizes on developing business skills among students and aims at innovation and creativity in the teaching-learning environment besides providing opportunity for fun with learning, was launched on 25th August 2011. “Amazing Tasks”, a treasure hunt, was the first off-stage event, followed by “Techniforge”, building a model for Carmel College cafeteria which evoked a splendid response of 18 teams who creatively designed beautiful architectural models. Other popular events were ‘Raw Art', ‘Glitterati – fashion designing an alternative to cloth' and ‘Musical Mad Ads'. While participating enthusiastically in the creative events, the students benefitted much academically and also had a lot of fun. The Semester III students of the Commerce stream were adjudged the overall winners having scored the most number of points
